Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a Junior Graphic Designer, your main responsibilities and duties will include:

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms, adhering to the established brand guidelines and visual identity.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing to conceptualise and execute design solutions that align with campaign objectives and company goals.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor visuals, and design innovations to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table while creating and working to company workflows and industry standards.

Adaptability: Be versatile and adaptable in addressing design challenges, from traditional print materials to digital assets, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design critiques, incorporating constructive feedback to refine and enhance designs. Actively participate in customer experience sessions to understand the industry and customer trends.

What You Will Create

• Multi-platform social campaigns (static, carousel, short-form video).
• Sales one-pagers, event collateral, infographics, and email graphics.
• Lightweight landing-page visuals, banners, and presentation templates.
• Print assets (brochures, flyers, posters, postcards) supplied as PDF/X-4 to print partners.
• Instructions for Use (IFUs) and product support materials

Other Duties:

Adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety policy at all times and operate and promote the development of quality standards and procedures taking ownership of tasks and to seek new
improved ways of doing things.

A degree of flexibility is required, and the job holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above and which will be appropriate to the level of the role. All duties must be carried out in compliance with company Quality System, Health and Safety Policies and regulations set out in the Medical Device Directive.
