Summary Of The Role:
Your role will be to carry out the manufacturing processes whilst maintaining the quality specification set.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As part of your role at Welland, you will be fully integrated within the Operations team, with focus and ability to:

• Carry out manufacturing processes as requested by supervision
• Maintain product quality within specification guidelines
• Collect process reject data
• Continuous Improvement
• Housekeeping
• Achieve manual performance targets

Other Duties:

A degree of flexibility is needed and the job holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above and which will be appropriate to the level of the role.
