As a Senior Regulatory Affairs (RA) Specialist, you will be pivotal in supporting the business by developing regulatory strategies for new product development and registrations. You will manage the upkeep of all regulatory documentation and ensure that regulatory and standard changes are monitored and implemented as needed. Additionally, you will step in for the QARA Manager on all RA-related matters when required.

Based in Crawley and working closely with the Head of R&D, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to join a multidisciplinary R&D team. Specifically, this role will involve leading the development of new and/or existing products from concept through to launch – ensuring innovative, cost-effective and compliant solutions that meet patient and customer needs are brought to the market. Our R&D team of Engineers, Designers and Technical experts are in the forefront of technology in the ostomy device industry. You will be making a vital contribution to Welland’s New Product Development process and transforming patient care through innovation.

We are looking for someone to join a very friendly, busy Marketing Communications team and will help support the development of all communication activities including events, content marketing, digital, brand and marketing campaigns. You will have a passion for Marketing, which will help drive our online presence by interacting with those living with a stoma and helping create content that appeals to our target demographic across all our online platforms.
