Job Title: Hydrocolloid Operative
Department: Hydrocolloid
Reporting to: Hydrocolloid Supervisor (Wayne Iddon)
Overall Purpose of the Role:
To run all Machinery in the production of hydrocolloid products. Working in team to improve quality, cost and delivery is an integral part of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Running Hydrocolloid equipment
- Setting hydrocolloid equipment
- Achieve production targets
- Ensuring products are made within QA specifications
- Assist on other production processes
- Keep accurate documentation
- Maintain 5S standards
- Regular maintenance checks
- Health and Safety
- Materials replenishment
Other Duties:
A degree of flexibility is needed and the job holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above and which will be appropriate to the level of the role
