Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a Junior Assistant Accountant, your main responsibilities and duties will include:

AP Employee and Inter-company Processing:

• AP Expense processing of employee Caxton cards (debit card) and reconciliation to GL.
• AP Expense processing of Director credit cards (Barclays) and reconciliation to GL.
• AP Expense reimbursement of employee Web-Expenses and reconciliation to GL.
• AP processing for Inter-company cross charges in and record retention.
• AP processing for Inter-company cross charges out and record retention.

Logistics/Trade Compliance Support:

• Logistics Support (Creating commercial Invoices from billing invoices)
• Trade Compliance (Work with logistics partner on proof of delivery, revenue rec etc).
• Support Sales Order Processing (SOP) administrator on ad-hoc tasks.

Syspro super user for Inventory/Cost Management:

• Maintenance of Item costs.
• PPV review and validation of sourcing changes.
• Maintenance of commercial finance master data (E.G: Customer pricing)

General

• Support filing process for financial and tax records.
• Responsibility to adhere to the Companies Health and Safety policy at all times and operate and promote the development of quality standards and procedures taking ownership of tasks and to new improved ways of doing things
