The Junior QA Engineer will be responsible for processing materials issues and working with the Procurement team and suppliers to ensure they are closed in a timely manner. Controlling and coordinating all calibration testing requirements and assisting the execution and completion of the validation schedule.

Responsible for the performance and safety of all manufacturing equipment in line with company KPI’s and strategic projects. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and directing the HR team to deliver a comprehensive, forward-thinking pro-active HR & Payroll service that supports the strategic objectives of the business. Working with the Managing Director/Group Director of Human Resources in developing and implementing HR strategy and initiatives to support future needs of the business.

The CAD Technician will support both new and existing product development, as well as manufacturing activities by producing and maintaining technical drawings, test reports, and validation documentation. Working closely with design, engineering, and production teams, the role involves hands-on prototype fabrication and testing to support product validation and continuous improvement.

Responsible for the sourcing, planning and organization of Technical training across all shifts, for the Production support, Projects and shift engineering based teams.
