Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the Head of Supply Chain & S&OP, your main responsibilities and duties will include:

• Own and run the monthly S&OP cycle: demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, executive S&OP.
• Own forecast accuracy at SKU level and the consolidated demand plan.
• Lead product segmentation — ABC/XYZ analysis by volume and variability — and translate it into differentiated planning policies (MTS / MTO / MTF, replenishment rules, inventory targets).
• Optimise the production plan against demand analysis: sequence runs, batch sizes and capacity allocation to maximise throughput at lowest landed cost per unit.
• Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to shape demand — pricing, promotions, NPI phasing, customer mix — to smooth volatility and improve plan stability.
• Find and hold the right balance between customer service and operational efficiency, making the trade-offs explicit and decision-ready for the SLT.
• Convert the agreed S&OP plan into the master production schedule. Own the frozen horizon.
• Own the end-to-end procurement function: strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Lead materials management — MRP, inbound logistics, expediting and operational purchasing.
• Drive supplier on-time-in-full performance and material cost-down delivery.
• Manage inventory across raw materials, WIP and finished goods to agreed policy.
• Lead stores operations — accuracy, picking, goods receipt, kit-to-line.
• Lead order intake and order processing.
• Reduce lead time toward industry benchmark; reduce and hold backlog.
• Member of the Senior Leadership Team; contribute to supply chain strategy.
