Summary Of The Role:
To set up and operate production lines in accordance to specification set. To achieve hourly/ daily targets for the completion of the customer schedule in the most cost effective manner.
To constantly seek to improve the performances of the machines.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As part of your role at Welland, you will be fully integrated within the Operations team, with focus and ability to:

• Schedule compliance
• Product quality
• Engineering liaison
• Machine performance (throughput, downtime, utilisation)
• Progress reporting/communication
• Motivation
• Agreed remedial machine adjustment
• Continuous improvements
• Assist in the PDR process

Other Duties:

A degree of flexibility is needed and the job holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above and which will be appropriate to the level of the role.
