J+A zdravotnicke potreby offer a large portfolio of medical equipment, which help to make people’s lives easier, including ostomy care products, pressure gauges, bandages, incontinence aids, aids for diabetics, and many more.

This year, they are celebrating 10 years of distributing Welland Medical products in the Czech Republic. To celebrate our 10 year partnership in the Czech Republic, J+A zdravotnické potřeby invited 40 nurses and a team from Welland Medical to a 2-day Congress in Prague.

Hendrik Van Der Velde (Sales), Mark Newton (Development Manager) and Jack Hopper (Senior Design Engineer) travelled to Prague to participate in the Congress. Presentations given included 10 years of Welland Medical in the Czech Republic and the variety of Welland products now available to Stoma Nurses.

Our development team initiated an Ideation Session where all 40 Nurses were very keen to participate and discuss new ideas for bag design that could conceivably improve the quality of life for patients.
